Established in 1992 based in a small town in Teluk Intan. We started by carrying out small scale of construction works such as renovation works, office and factory extension, construction of hostel and factory.
Our management under the leadership of Mr. Khor Mooi Soong takes a bold move by venturing into development of a mixed commercial and residential housing known as Taman Kayangan, a fishing village in Hutan Melintang, thus setting our groups contribution towards the Hilir Perak Development scene.
Our projects are mainly in Hutan Melintang, Teluk Intan and Langkap comprising of commercial and residential, infrastructure and industrial project. Our track record for the past 20 years in developing and completing all our projects successfully in Hilir Perak had gained recognition from all levels, based on our core values which are quality, trustworthy and integrity.
Today we are a brand known to locals for providing quality and affordable houses to hundreds of homeowners. The Nan Yang Siang Pao Outstanding Branding Award 2019 is a recognition of our group’s success.
